Dolores Duran reaches the top of the charts with 'Canção da volta' written by Antonio Maria & Ismael Neto who would only live another 8 months having died on 31st January 1956 aged 30. Dolores herself would die even younger, aged 29, on 24 October 1959.
Maria Helena Raposo who would reach the top of the charts in August 1955 with Dolores Duran.
