Note: it seems like the journalist responsible for the Hit Parade page at Revista do Radio was a minimalist. He didn't like hard work. Have a look at the Rio de Janeiro chart for the past 3 weeks. You will notice that the listing is exactly the same except for the 5th position. He probably thought people would not realize if he only changed the 5th position and left the rest of the Parade as it had been. Very mysterious way of doing the least amount of work possible.
